5:00 - 5:45 PM:  Tour of Granite State Candy, 13 Warren Street, Concord, NH

See how Granite State Candy Company manages a volatile commodity- Cocoa-  and blends it to manufacture various chocolate goodies. Regular dress code will apply; however, no open-toed shoes. Granite State Candy will provide bouffant caps to wear. Everyone will be provided samples.

6:00 - 8:00 PM:  Dinner Meeting at the Common Man Restaurant, 25 Water Street, Concord, NH

Plated dinner to include:

Fresh baked rolls & whipped butter

Fresh greens salad- Crisp lettuce with tomatoes and cucumbers

Seasonal vegetable

Herb roasted potatoes

Choice of entree (please indicate when registering):

**Apple Walnut Chicken: Walnut-crusted with Cheddar cheese, apple cider glaze and cornbread OR

**Roasted Pork Loin: Spice-rubbed with an apple cider glaze

Chef's selection of dessert

Credit Card Processing for Meetings PDF Print E-mail

NAPM-NH now offers registration and pre-payment by credit card for dinner meetings!

You are now able to prepay for meetings by credit card for the first time, beginning with the September 16th meeting. Go to the "Register for Next Meeting" tab in the menu along the top of this page and follow the directions. You can also use this tab to register for a meeting and pay at the door with cash or check. (Sorry, we are not able to accept credit cards at the door.)

Continuing Education Scholarship for Members PDF Print E-mail

The Continuing Education has been extended for the 2013-2014 year!


In support of NAPM-NH's goal of education for its members, we are pleased to announce the Continuing Education Scholarship!  This will help fund training or other educational opportunities that members want to pursue to increase their knowledge in the purchasing or supply management field, or in their specific job environment related to this field.


Examples of education that may be eligible for a scholarship include:

  • College courses or courses through other accedited organizations
  • Seminars
  • Webinars
  • ISM certification exams
  • Other professional development opportunities in purchasing, supply management, or general business topics

Members who wish to apply for this scholarship must have been a member of NAPM-NH for one year. It will cover up to $500 of expenses such as registration and certain required materials during the 2013-2014 academic year. Complete rules and details can be found in Guidelines in the menu to the left, along with the application form.


Applicants will be notified if they have been awarded a scholarship and the amount. Once approved, they proceed with the course, etc. and will be reimbursed upon proof of successful completion.
